At Berner Kühl, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Berner Kühl box or a similar sturdy mailer, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and secure it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package at the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
